Most businesses decide who to take on in their head, and the rule changes with the mood of the week. This turns that rule into something written, so the same enquiry gets the same answer twice.
You write down what makes a client right for you. It asks those questions of every enquiry, scores the answers against your own rule, and tells you what it decided and why.
It is one file. There is no account, no server, and nothing to install. You keep the file, you can change the questions in it, and it keeps working whether or not I am still around.

This is the real thing and not a picture of it. What opens is the whole workspace: the questions, the scoring you can edit, and the place your sessions are kept. It is one page because the whole system is one page.

- Whether the rule is written down or lives in your head.
- Whether the same enquiry gets the same answer twice.
- Whether you ask about the thing that actually went wrong last time.
- Whether you changed the rule after a project turned out badly.
- Whether you can say no to someone who could afford you.
